Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs.

Return Policy:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are happy to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues, or any errors in your order, please contact us above within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you stay a satisfied customer. Please include the order number and item(s) you'd like to discuss.
